space, supporting the consolidation of crucial Salesforce applications within Healthcare. We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Administrator
to join the team on an inside IR35 contract. This role will focus on managing and optimising the Salesforce platform to ensure smooth operations and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Manage user onboarding, training, and provide ongoing support. Monitor data quality and perform regular data maintenance, imports, and exports. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Support system upgrades, new feature releases, and testing activities. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution. Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customisation. Experience with user management, security settings, and data governance. Ability to create reports and dashboards for actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Desirable
Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience working in healthcare or public sector projects. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and advanced automation tools. Interested?
