Sales Team Leader Location: Salford (Hybrid pattern in Salford Office 2 days per week) Salary: £25,103 - £27,361 Per Annum Hours: 35 Per Week Contract: Permanent

You will play a key role in fulfilling our aim of maintaining our leadership in the field of first aid training at work. You will support the sales function by achieving key performance indicators through the effective management and development of your direct reports.

What will a day in the life of a Sales Team Leader involve?

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets. Monitor performance against KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Support team members with coaching, training, and development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Contribute to maintaining our reputation as the leading provider of workplace first aid training. To be a successful Sales Team Leader, what will you need?
