Salary: Up to £30,000 Hours: Monday–Friday with early Friday finish Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays Progression: Pathway into Internal Account Manager roles

The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team while developing the skills needed to progress into an Internal Account Manager role.

Sales Support responsibilities

* Processing sales orders and managing documentation

* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks

* Handling customer queries and providing updates

* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow

* Assisting with complaints, returns, and customer requests

What we’re looking for in a Sales Support Administrator

* Administration, customer service, or sales support experience

* Strong organisation and attention to detail

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Willingness to learn and develop within sales

* Manufacturing or distribution experience helpful but not required
