Estate Agency Sales Progressor required in Canterbury to manage property transactions from offer to completion: liaising with all parties to ensure smooth progression, minimise delays, and deliver excellent customer service throughout. Previous estate agency or conveyancing experience is essential.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a busy residential estate agency in Canterbury. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the sales process and ensuring transactions proceed efficiently from agreed sale to completion.

You will be responsible for liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers, keeping all parties informed and resolving issues to maintain momentum and achieve successful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the sales progression process from offer agreed through to completion
• Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
• Monitoring progress of each transaction and resolving any issues or delays
• Providing regular updates to all parties involved
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
• Supporting negotiators and branch staff with sales-related administration
• Chasing documentation, searches, and contracts to keep transactions moving
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process

• Previous experience in a Sales Progressor or similar property role
• Strong understanding of the residential sales process
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
