Sales Manager – Iconic US Brand (London & Global Reach) Central London | £55,000–£65,000 + KPI Bonus | Full-Time
We're working with a globally recognised American brand with a strong and growing presence in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-profile, multi-site operation at the heart of one of the world's most competitive hospitality and experiential markets.
This is a hands-on, commercially driven role where you'll play a key part in connecting London operations with the wider international sales and marketing teams—bridging strategy, execution, and performance across global markets.
The Role You will oversee several Central London venues along with a high-performing sales and marketing team of 8 , driving both revenue and brand growth across multiple channels.
Your focus will include:
Leading sales strategy across venue hire, corporate bookings, holiday programmes, retail and experiential offerings
Building and managing a strong pipeline of new clients, brands, and partnerships
Driving revenue growth through proactive B2B sales and relationship management
Acting as the key link between UK operations and international sales & marketing teams
Supporting global alignment on campaigns, brand activations, and commercial initiatives
Managing CRM systems to track performance, pipeline activity, and conversion rates
Attending and leveraging industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate new business
Staying ahead of hospitality, MICE, and experiential market trends to identify growth opportunities
Working closely with senior leadership who have deep knowledge of the business and sector
What We're Looking For Proven experience in hospitality, events, or experiential sales within a recognised or premium brand
Strong background in B2B sales, venue hire, or large-scale bookings
Confident managing and developing a small sales/marketing team
Solid understanding of the MICE industry , trade shows, and corporate event landscape
Strong CRM experience and data-driven approach to pipeline management
Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Based in London and able to operate flexibly across sites and events
