The Role The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead all sales initiatives and marketing strategies across the operation, ensuring the brand remains aspirational, relevant, and commercially successful. This role blends creativity with commercial acumen and requires a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, guest engagement, and lifestyle branding. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing planning to drive revenue, footfall, and brand awareness
Manage and grow corporate, VIP, events, and partnership sales channels
Oversee brand positioning across digital, social media, PR, and on-property marketing touchpoints
Plan and execute high-impact campaigns, launches, and experiential events aligned with the luxury lifestyle market
Build strong relationships with influencers, media, concierge services, luxury brands, and key stakeholders
Analyse performance metrics, market trends, and ROI to optimise campaigns and sales initiatives
Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, and Management teams to ensure brand consistency and guest experience excellence
Manage external agencies, photographers, designers, and PR partners where applicable
About You Proven experience in a Sales & Marketing leadership role within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or premium brands
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of high-net-worth and aspirational consumer behaviour
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
