Attend bridging meetings to share information with other departments to benefit the result. Constantly evaluate success of the sales team through call listening and feedbackon success and development areas. Monitoring individuals and teams QA, and error scores with an eye for accuracy. Report on staff attendance, absence, and completion of Return-to-Work meetings. Own pre and post sales related customer escalations in a timely, professional manner. Experience / Attributes required for the Sales Manager role: Ensure highest level of service provided to deliver an exceptional customer journey. Proven track record in delivering sales results to company KPIs. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills. Be able to demonstrate and analyse open, sell and close processes in line with Company expectations and deliver sales structure coaching where needed. Embrace change when new strategies are introduced by the business. Always maintaining a high motivation and positive atmosphere within the sales office. A confident, resilient individual with a friendly, approachable personality. The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking. Self-motivated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required. Ability to work well under pressure. Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g. gross margin percentages and calculations.
