We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a branded hotel, with a clear focus on driving corporate business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Sales Manager who enjoys building relationships and developing new business, without the heavy focus on conference and events. As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the corporate segment, working closely with the senior leadership team to grow market share and increase revenue from key accounts. The Role As Sales Manager, you will: Drive corporate sales through proactive business development Manage and grow key accounts across local and national markets Identify and win new corporate contracts Conduct client meetings, site visits, and networking activity Work closely with revenue and operations to maximise performance Represent the hotel within the local business community About You We are looking for a Sales Manager who: Has experience as a Sales Manager within hotels or hospitality Strong focus on corporate business rather than events/F&B Proven track record in winning and developing accounts Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills Confident, personable and relationship-led Self-motivated and proactive in approach What's on Offer Competitive salary + bonus Strong corporate-focused role Autonomy to shape your market and accounts Supportive and forward-thinking leadership team Clear progression opportunities
