We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, market-leading independent estate agency, seeking a motivated Sales Manager to take the lead in a successful residential sales team. Based in Loughton and covering the surrounding area, this role is ideal for someone confident in winning new instructions, generating business, and guiding a team to consistent success.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating market appraisals and securing new instructions
• Leading and motivating the residential sales team
• Driving business growth and branch performance
• Delivering high levels of customer service
• Supporting team members with training, targets, and development
• Representing the company professionally in the local market
• Building strong client relationships and securing repeat business

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
• Proven track record in valuations and winning instructions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven
• Well-presented with a professional attitude
• Local knowledge of Loughton and surrounding areas (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
