Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted AVSEC training sales strategies Engage high-level stakeholders across government and aviation sectors Lead bids and proposals aligned with regulatory and funding needs Advise regulators on compliance and training integration Deliver insights through accurate forecasting and market analysis Requirements 5+ years in SaaS sales and AVSEC training Proven success working with global aviation bodies (e.g., ICAO, CAA, EASA) Strong understanding of CBT, screening standards, and compliance solutions Experience with government funding and security-sensitive environments Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field Must be eligible for SC clearance and have the right to work in the UK
