Experienced Property Sales Consultant – London (Liverpool Street)


Location: City of London Office

⏳ Contract: Full-time, Permanent, on-site

⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) + 1 in 5 Saturdays 10am - 4pm (receive half day in Lieu)

£28 - £35k DOE + uncapped commission + bonus


This is not a traditional estate agency role.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for motivated sellers.

You’ll handle a high volume of inbound enquiries, uncover each client’s circumstances, and guide them towards the most suitable solution across the wider group. This is consultative, high-energy property sales where listening skills and commercial awareness drive results.

Expect pace, autonomy, and rewards that genuinely reflect performance.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls from homeowners looking to sell
  • Managing high call volumes (80–100 per day) confidently
  • Qualifying motivation, timelines, and property details
  • Delivering credible, tailored property conversations (not hard selling)
  • Converting opportunities through rapport and trust
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in property sales / estate agency / residential sales
  • Confident, articulate phone manner
  • Strong commercial instincts and objection-handling skills
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by commission
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt conversations quickly
