What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage relationships with customers, acting as their go-to contact for support and account management.
- Deliver engaging online demonstrations of our software to potential clients – we’ll provide all the training you need.
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat – helping them get the best out of our products.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining customer accounts, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with our sales, product and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay current with industry and tech trends to better understand customer needs and our unique offering.
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
- A passion for technology – you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be excited to learn.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle tasks and stay organised.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and thrives on delivering great customer experiences.
- Full UK driving licence – our location requires you to be able to drive.
