This role is ideal for a proven Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant or an ambitious senior recruiter ready to take lead of an operation and build a successful, high-performing DSUK business. The Role BDM Industrial, you will have full responsibility for the performance, growth, and day-to-day management of the Uxbridge Operation. To manage your own team of sales Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing Industrial recruitment desks Driving temporary recruitment sales New business development and key account management Ensuring high standards of compliance and service delivery
