We're amped up to be working on this life-changing opportunity in Cardiff with a leading Comparison Platform. We had the pleasure of helping them grow their Business Development team last year and now due to some serious business expansion vibes, they are currently on the lookout for 2 additional people to join their business development team. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective clients. Working towards team and individual targets. Building strong relationships with potential new partners. Composing multiple emails per day to maximise conversion. Some account management. Growing the business partner network. Working closely with other departments within the business. About you: At least 1 year of B2B telesales experience. Experience in nurturing leads and building relationships with business prospects from the initial contact to converted customers. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Passion for making direct outbound telemarketing calls. Strong team player.
