We’re looking for someone who’s excited, driven, and ready to make an impact as our new Monday CRM Sales. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful relationships, and creating real value for clients, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the CRM strategy for the Monday CRM, working closely with teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, and the Tech Team to reach sales targets.
· Take ownership of the full sales cycle - identifying new prospects, running discovery calls, presenting
demos, and closing deals - ensuring a smooth, successful experience for our clients.
· Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, expand the CRM pipeline, and grow
new business.
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell CRM solutions within our existing customer base, creating
additional value and increasing revenue.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, CRM trends, and the competitive landscape to better position
Monday CRM.
· Act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related questions within the sales team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly CRM pipeline value generated
- Monthly CRM Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) closed
- At least 6 partner-sourced enterprise deals per quarter
Desirable:
· Essential at least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
· 2+ years of experience selling CRM SaaS solutions
· Experience in both new business acquisition and cross-selling/expansion
· Strong presentation and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build trust with senior executives
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently to achieve goals
· Good knowledge of the CRM industry, sales techniques, and market trends
· Travel flexibility
