Manage and grow existing customer accounts Identify and develop new business opportunities Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Keep customer records and sales activity up to date Build strong relationships through regular communication Support marketing activities and promotional materials Assist with exhibitions in the UK and Europe Learn product knowledge to recommend suitable solutionsProvide updates on sales activity and project progress
