Sales Executive – Toyota Location: Newbridge, UK Salary: £27,000 – £55,000 yearly (£55,000 OTE). Full‑time, 40 hours a week. Reporting to: Sales Manager The Role At a Glance We’re looking for a confident Sales Executive to join our Newbridge team and play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle while building a rewarding, long‑term career. Your Background / Skills
Sales and customer service experience, ideally in automotive, fleet, B2B or a target‑driven environment. Relationship building and excellent communication skills. Results‑focused and able to meet targets.

Build strong relationships, understand client needs and guide prospects through the full sales process from first conversation to close. Track and record all activities accurately to maintain high performance standards. Collaborate with marketing, account management and internal teams to shape winning sales strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends, market movements and competitor activity.
About You
Strong communication skills and can build relationships with colleagues and customers. Strong interest in automotive, quick to learn new products. Results‑focused, with strong people skills – approachable, a good listener and empathetic to customer needs. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Can work in a busy high‑pressure environment. Analytical and quick thinking. A team player.
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence. Eligibility to work in the UK. Willingness to work required hours and travel to training sessions. Professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication. At least GCSE English and Maths (ideally A Levels or equivalent). Good IT skills – MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel – and social media literacy. Previous automotive sales experience (preferred).
