As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in maximising pre-booked sales by managing enquiries, supporting the venue's sales strategy and ensuring seamless coordination of bookings and events. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Managers and operational teams to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional service to both corporate and consumer clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys combining sales activity, client interaction and systems management to deliver strong commercial results. ABOUT THE ROLE As Sales Executive, you will support the delivery of the venue's pre-booked sales targets by managing enquiries, maintaining accurate booking data and ensuring efficient coordination of sales and event activity. You will work across a variety of bookings including corporate events, private dining, birthday celebrations, social gatherings and key seasonal events such as Christmas. A significant part of this role involves managing booking systems and third-party platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and optimising reservations to maximise venue capacity and revenue opportunities. You will also act as an ambassador for the venue - hosting client show rounds, attending networking events and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the high standards of the ETM brand. ABOUT YOU Hospitality or events experience: Previous experience in hospitality sales, reservations, events or guest relations is highly advantageous. Strong organisational skills: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail when managing bookings, data and event coordination. Sales mindset: Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to achieving and exceeding venue sales targets. Systems experience: Confident using CRM and reservations systems such as Collins, OpenTable or similar booking platforms. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and internal teams. Customer experience focus: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and ensuring every guest experience runs smoothly. Proactive attitude: A self-motivated and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality ambassador: Comfortable representing the venue through client meetings, show rounds and networking opportunities.
