About the Role

We are hiring for Sales Executives in London and Luxembourg to drive new business growth within the fund administration and fiduciary services space. 

You’ll be working directly with senior leadership to build go-to-market approach and drive results across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across fund administration, corporate, and fiduciary services.
  • Build and manage a revenue pipeline with measurable, recurring revenue goals.
  • Engage with prospects from early-stage conversations through to signed mandate.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service alignment.
  • Represent the firm at relevant events, forums, and within key feeder networks.
  • Take ownership of territory, accounts, and commercial results.

Desired Qualifications

  • A senior-level sales or business development professional from fund administration or a related services firm.
  • Proven track record of closing new business and building sustainable revenue pipelines.
  • Brings a strong existing network within private capital (PE, VC, real estate)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-driven, proactive, and motivated by impact and autonomy.
  • Familiarity with fund structuring, feeder networks, and tools like Allvue is a plus.
