Sales Executive – Leeds – Up to £40,000 basic + commission + car allowance

What you NEED...

Proven track record in a sales or account management role within construction, hire, safety, or contractor-led environments

Confidence managing both existing client relationships and new business opportunities

Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face meetings

Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel regularly

Comfortable working mainly from a Leeds office with flexible travel as meetings dictate

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of contractor clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors Conduct outbound sales activity via phone, email and meetings Arrange and attend client meetings as required Prepare quotations and product presentations Work closely with depot and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting Represent the business professionally at meetings and events INDWIN Our clients and their customers come from diverse backgrounds and so do we.
