Selling hydraulic hoses, fittings, couplings and the wider fluid power product range into end users, OEMs and MRO customers across automotive, manufacturing, construction and heavy industry.This is a predominantly field-based role managing a live, established customer base with genuine scope to develop new business across the region and build long-term technical relationships with engineering, maintenance and purchasing contacts.What youll be doingManaging and growing a live customer base of OEMs, end users and MRO accounts across the West MidlandsSelling hydraulic hoses, couplings, fittings, adaptors and the wider fluid power product rangeWorking closely with technical, engineering and maintenance contacts to specify the right solution for the applicationIdentifying new business opportunities within the territory and converting them into long-term accountsCarrying out site visits, surveys and technical meetings across the regionMaintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM dataWorking alongside internal sales, technical and operations teams to deliver a first-class serviceWhat were looking forProven external sales experience within hydraulics, fluid power, pneumatics or a closely related technical/industrial sectorStrong technical understanding of hose assemblies, fittings, couplings, adaptors and wider fluid power productsConfident, credible communicator equally comfortable with a shop-floor engineer, a buyer and a plant managerCommercially sharp you understand margin, specification selling and lifetime account value, not just unit priceSelf-motivated, well organised and able to plan your own diary across a multi-county patchFull UK driving licence this role is on the road dailyBased within the West Midlands or able to cover the territory from homeWhats on offerCompetitive basic salary, benchmarked against your experience and track recordBonus / commission scheme linked to territory performanceCompany car or car allowanceLaptop, mobile phone and all the tools of the tradePension, holidays and a full benefits packageWarm, established territory not a cold startStable, long-established business with a strong reputation and a technical support team behind youJBRP1_UKTJ
