Our client is a hugely successful global software organization with UK headquarters located in London. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager for a 12 month contract.\n\nA hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in their prestigious central London offices.\n\nDuties\n\nThe Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful — from onboarding new hires to delivering learning that drives performance improvement.\n\nSkills :\n\n * 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement\n\n * Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders.\n\n * Ability to motivate and guide others to act.\n\n * Understands consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, SPICED, value selling).\n\n * You have the experience working with various AI tools\n\n * Preferably some experience in SaaS Sales especially CRM and Marketing solutions.\n\nBenefits\n\n * Long contract - 12 months\n\n * Hybrid role\n\n * Global company
