Adeptis Group is supporting this recruitment for a Sales Director to lead the commercial team and drive significant revenue growth.This is a hybrid role combining individual billing responsibility with team leadership, reporting directly to the CEO.The RoleYou will take ownership of both revenue generation and team management, focusing on high-value cyber security engagements.Your responsibilities will include:Billing and managing a portfolio of clients with multi-million annual revenue targets (~€100M fixed plus variable, double OTE minimum)Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 8 senior sales professionalsDriving new business acquisition across public and private sectorsExpanding key accounts and building long-term client relationshipsCollaborating with delivery teams to position high-value cyber security servicesMonitoring pipeline, performance, and forecasting to ensure consistent growthYou will need to be hands-on, managing both large deals and the development of your team, while maintaining a strategic vision for the organisation’s growth.Proven experience in a Sales Director / Head of Sales role within cyber securityTrack record of billing and generating multi-million annual revenueDemonstrated ability to manage and scale high-performing sales teamsExperience selling into complex environments across public and private sectorsStrategic, client-facing, and results-orientedExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBased in EnglandWhat’s on OfferReporting directly to the CEOCompetitive compensation: £120K fixed annual target plus variable, double OTE minimumLeadership of a senior sales team (10 people)Exposure to high-profile clients across multiple sectorsOpportunity to shape and develop a high-performing sales functionFast-growing, ambitious cyber security organisationRecruitment process conducted in partnership with Adeptis Group #J-18808-Ljbffr
