Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re hiring an SDR to join a growing business in Blantyre. This is a proactive, outbound role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, opening conversations and creating opportunities from the ground up.


The role:

  • Outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Engaging with decision makers and introducing the company’s offering
  • Building and managing your own pipeline
  • Booking qualified meetings for the wider sales team


What’s on offer:

  • £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
  • £1,000+ per month commission on top (uncapped)
