Sales Development Representative at VC Backed Tech Startup

Full-time

£40–50k base salary. £80–100k OTE (uncapped)

The Opportunity

You won’t be stuck in a generic outbound role.

You’ll sit at the front of revenue growth for a scaling tech company, responsible for building pipeline and driving new business opportunities.

Your work will directly impact company growth.

You will:

  • Prospect and develop outbound strategies
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities
  • Book high-quality meetings that convert
  • Turn early interest into real pipeline
  • Feed market insights back into the company’s go-to-market strategy
  • Continuously sharpen your sales craft in a fast-moving startup environment

You’ll be embedded inside a VC-backed tech company, while working from The Sales People HQ alongside other high-performing SDRs in a focused sales environment.

Unlike many entry-level roles, you’ll gain exposure to how venture-backed startups actually build and scale revenue functions.



Career Progression

This role is designed for people who want to build a serious career in tech sales.

High performers typically progress into Account Executive and closing roles within 12–18 months, depending on performance and business needs.
