Sales Development Representative

Software | Graduate / Early Career | Hybrid

£32,000 + OTE


Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing software development company helping businesses solve problems with intelligent and scalable software solutions. They’re expanding quickly and looking for 3 Sales Development Representatives to start nurturing client relationships and support early commercial activity. This is a great opportunity for a motivated graduate to build a career.


The Role

This is a relationship-focused, consultative position. You’ll spend your time connecting with prospective clients, listening to their challenges, and exploring how software solutions could help them succeed. You’ll be:

  • Researching target markets and identifying potential clients
  • Having conversations to understand client needs
  • Coordinating discovery calls, demos, and briefings
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales to refine outreach


Training & Progression

  • Guided training on software products, markets, and sales approach
  • 1-to-1 coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback
  • Clear progression pathway into Account Management or Senior Sales roles
  • 4 week Furza Training Academy in Manchester (Fully funded)

  • £32,000 base salary (uncapped comission)
  • Three-month structured training programme
