£40–50k base | £100–120k OTE (uncapped)

We’re now hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join a high-growth tech company and help drive new revenue growth.
What You'll Do
You’ll sit at the front of revenue generation for a scaling tech company.
Your role will focus on:
- Prospecting and outbound strategy
- Identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities
- Booking meetings that convert into real pipeline
- Turning early interest into meaningful sales conversations
- Sharing market insights to improve the company’s go-to-market strategy
You’ll work from The Sales People HQ in Richmond, alongside other high-performing SDRs in a focused sales environment.
Career Progression
This role is built for people who want a long-term career in tech sales.
High performers typically progress into Account Executive and closing roles within 12–18 months.
