A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection by Marriott. We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated Sales Coordinator Meeting & Events to service in our growing luxury boutique hotel. Position Overview Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Sales Coordinator Meeting & Events supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of restaurant and hotel events, as well as related marketing activities. The role include managing enquiries, preparing quotations, and conducting show-rounds for prospective clients, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact through to conversion. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, liaising with clients and internal departments, and supporting on day event execution to ensure a high quality guest experience. The role also assists with marketing activities such as menu updates, printing, and photoshoots, while maintaining accurate records and supporting billing and administrative processes. . Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to all enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage lead tracking to maximise conversions. Conduct show arounds for prospective clients, presenting facilities and menus effectively. Plan, coordinate & support the delivery of events, ensuring all client requirements are always met. Liaise with clients, internal departments, & external vendors to ensure excellent planning, and effective service execution. Support event preparation and on day operations, including welcoming and assisting guests. Work closely with F&B team to ensure accurate billing, deposits, and final payments. Manage, update and monitor Hotel Website & social media channels. Assist with marketing activities including menu updates, printing, photoshoots, and event promotion. What we looking for Previous experience in event coordination, sales, or hospitality roles, with exposure to organising weddings, meetings, parties, and corporate events. Previous operational experience in Food & Beverage is highly beneficial, with an understanding of restaurant service and event delivery. Strong administrative and customer service skills, ability in managing enquiries, quotations, and guest interactions professionally. Excellent time management, organisational & communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently in a fast paced environment.
