Be the face of the store. Greet customers and build a rapport to understand their needs. Create an awesome end-to-end experience for all customers. Work towards individual and team sales targets. Communicating clearly and confidently with your team. Follow health & safety procedures at all times. Make a difference every day to the customer experience. A team player with a strong work ethic. Be happy to work weekends and deliver on our busiest sales days. Be reliable, organised and confident in customer service and sales. Comfortable using systems and following processes with confidence in problem solving. Be proud of your work and passionate about doing things right.

Location & Contract New Malden – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota'd basis, this role includes working every weekend. Compensation & Benefits
