Location: Leicester Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays) Contract: Permanent Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + benefits

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant (Recruitment) to help expand our client base and build strong, lasting relationships.
The Role
This role is focused on sales, business development, and relationship building. You’ll introduce DC Personnel to new businesses, develop partnerships, and attend client meetings yourself or arrange qualified meetings for the recruitment team, depending on client size and requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively generating new business through outbound sales activity
Introducing DC Personnel’s recruitment services to key decision-makers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Attending client meetings to understand hiring needs and agree next steps
Leading sales conversations and negotiations through to agreement
Creating long-term partnerships and identifying repeat opportunities
Managing and developing a healthy pipeline of prospects
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (any sector considered)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence engaging with decision-makers over the phone and in meetings
Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by results
A professional, consultative approach to sales
Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
Full UK driving licence (required for client meetings)
