WANTED! An enthusiastic Sales & Lettings Negotiator opportunitywitha Wimbledon based property company and private landlord on either a full time or part time basis! Previous Estate Agency or Lettings experience essential.

The role would suit an energetic and motivated property salesperson who lives within easy reach of the Wimbledon area.

You will focus on sales and lettings, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and making sure potential buyer and tenants receive exceptional service

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales and lettings process.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and tenants.
• Negotiate deals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and lettings targets.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential estate agency experience in sales and/or lettings.
• Proven sales ability and track record of achieving targets.
• High level of customer service and professional approach.
• Excellent telephone manner and positive attitude.
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of the Wimbledon area advantageous.
• Full driving license and own car essential.
