Job Summary: Our client are a leading infrastructure investor and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Bid Manager to lead the identification, development, and submission of winning proposals and tenders. You will play a key role in driving business growth by managing the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to fostering long-term client relationships. This role combines strategic sales planning, bid writing, and client engagement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver the full bid and proposal process, including bid/no-bid decisions, proposal writing, editing, and timely submission.
Identify and respond to relevant tender opportunities via online portals and frameworks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, framework managers, and procurement stakeholders.
Develop and maintain an annual sales plan and bid strategy aligned with company goals.
Monitor and report on bid activity, success rates, and sales pipeline.
