Location: Coventry, West Midlands, West Midlands, UKSafeguarding and Partnership lead required for our well established client based in CoventryThis is a 1 year Fixed Term ContractJob Purpose:To support the delivery and roll out of use of VCMA, social programmes strategy and RRP.Job Role:Support building and developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure key deliverables are met within the portfolio of VCMA projects across the team and RRP obligations are fulfilledAdapt to external operating and MI systems to work alongside the client to produce the same outcomeWork with third party partners and contractors to ensure accurate reporting of RRP dataProvide Data and KPIs on projects for internal reportingBe The Face of the clientat Customer and Stakeholder eventsReview and support the improvement of performance within the portfolio of VCMA projectsBe a part of a high performing, customer focused team and manage own impact on the wider Business goalsRecord all costs associated with VCMA activities and ensure that the costs are being recorded in line with VCMA governanceManage all procurement activities for VCMA spend including vendor set up, PO creation and receipting of goods and services. Ensure total spend tracker is updatedOrganise internal and external meetingsCollate and manage SharePoint areas across Sustainability and Social PurposeManage internal and external. boxes to ensure effective communicationEnsure GDPR compliance with customer details through RRP and VCMAArrange for data to be accurately reported in line with governanceWork alongside RRP team to fulfil our obligations in accurate reportingLead on the end-to-end delivery of Centre for Warmth projects across multiple regions.Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and delivery schedules.Liaise with and agree funding with third parties to supports our customer base across the networkEnsure VCMA funds initiatives that support vulnerable customers, especially around energy affordability, safety, and wellbeing.Ensure Projects must align with Ofgems criteria, measurable social return, and benefit gas consumers.Play a part in managing a budget of £30 million across GD3, ensuring accurate allocation of funds and adherence to financial controls.Oversee invoice processing and payment schedules, guaranteeing timely and compliant transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate legally binding contracts with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to protect organisational interestsVisit partners in their community and provide support on theirfunded projectsMonitor contract performance and compliance, addressing risks and resolving disputes effectively.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure procurement and regulatory requirements are met.Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.Maintain accurate financial records and reporting for audits and governance reviews.Support strategic decision-making through budget forecasting and variance analysis.Track project outcomes using social return on investment (SROI) and other impact measurement tools.Produce regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, including Ofgem.Support the development of case studies and success stories to demonstrate programme impact.Quantify benefits (e.g. reduced NHS costs, improved wellbeing).Showcase success stories to Ofgem and internal stakeholders.Use evaluation findings to inform future bids and strategy.Identify opportunities to scale, replicate, or innovate Centre for Warmth models.Contribute to strategic planning and future funding proposals.In order to apply, you must possess the following:Data input skills (speed and accuracy)Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectivelyComputer literate, with basic understanding of MS Office packagesExperience of working with external stakeholdersExperience of working with various data at onceExperience of collating and arranging dataDriving licenceAbility to act on own initiative TPBN1_UKTJ
