Position Overview We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Runner to join our front-of-house team. As a Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient service by supporting our wait staff, delivering dishes promptly, and maintaining the flow between kitchen and dining room. The ideal candidate is fast, reliable, and takes pride in creating a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen to guests swiftly and accurately

Assist servers in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Support the front-of-house team with general service duties to ensure smooth operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and the dining area

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to coordinate orders

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

Uphold Paper Moons high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism

Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end or busy hospitality setting preferred but not essential

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality

Professional appearance and demeanor

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
