About the role
You travel across multiple sites supporting kitchens
You step in as Head Chef or Senior Sous where needed
You help stabilise teams and standards
You support openings, menu rollouts and training
You cover holidays and absence across the group

Salary £36,000 to £38,000
Tronc around £7,000
