*Qualifications:*
* Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification) * Previous experience leading a room/team in a nursery or childcare setting * Knowledge of child development theories and practices * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children * Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
