Job Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
  • Ensure all public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces are kept tidy and presentable.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
  • Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist with laundry duties as required, including handling linens and towels.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or room attendant role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and weekends.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality environments.
  • Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
  • Public transport may be required due to the location.
  • Candidates applying must live in the Inverness or Nairn area to commute daily to the location.

  • Competitive hourly rate with various shifts available from 9:00 am to approximately 3:30/4:00 pm, Monday to Sunday - rota basis. Our client will consider 4 - 6 hours per day also..
