With 110 bedrooms and 10 meeting and banqueting rooms, the Club is a truly hidden gem with modern and elegant interiors and facilities. Job Responsibilities: As a Room Attendant, you will be adaptable, hard-working, and have a keen sense of detail. You will assist the Housekeeping Supervisors by undertaking general cleaning duties and ensuring the highest possible standard of housekeeping is achieved and maintained in the Club. Duties and Responsibilities Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and replenish amenities. Responsible for reporting any maintenance issues and lost and found items to the supervisor Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and enquiries. Handle guest and members belongings with care and professionalism Perform extra jobs as directed Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service areas, and housekeeping trolleys Follow all health, safety and security procedures Attend training as required Maintain standards of appearance as per Club standards Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Operate in a Team environment Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect Communicate with members, guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner. Essential Key Skills: Be able to take and follow instructions Move, lift, and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 20 kg without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending Good command of English Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers and supervisors We'd love to hear from you!
