Roofer required to work with a leading Sunderland based Housing Association carrying out roofing repair work on a temporary contract.I am looking for a rooferto work with a leading and well established social housing provider in theSunderland region.This is a temporary contract with the potential to extend depending on workload.The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across theSunderland area.Work will include laying felt, replacing tiles, flat/pitched roof repairs and repairing guttering.Youwill receive:£23 P/H. Weekly paid (Umbrella or CIS)Hours:8:00am - 16:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 14:00pm on Friday. 36 hours per week.Requirements:Relevant trade qualificationPrevious social housing/council house maintenance experienceFull UK driving licenseAsbestos Awareness (or willingness to undertake the online course)Working at heights(or willingness to undertake the online course)Manual Handling(or willingness to undertake the online course)If you are looking to take the leap into a new and exciting role, get in touch withJack on 0121 274 5610JBRP1_UKTJ
