We are seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer / Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role combining practical roofing work with on-site supervision responsibilities.

You will be working across Surrey, London, Hampshire, and the South East, specialising in asbestos garage roof removal and replacement projects. The role requires a high standard of workmanship, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out hands-on roofing work, including:

* Safe asbestos roof removal (in line with regulations)

* Garage roof replacements

* Metal roof sheeting installation

* Basic carpentry

* Guttering and fascia installation

* Supervise on-site operations and ensure projects run efficiently

* Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times

* Manage jobs from start to completion to a professional standard

* Drive company van to and from job sites

* Greet and liaise with customers on-site, providing a professional and friendly service

Requirements

* Proven experience in roofing, construction, or carpentry

* Supervisory experience preferred but not essential

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to travel to Walton-on-Thames (KT12) each morning

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail

* Good communication and customer-facing skills
