This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent work with a well-structured schedule. The Role You will carry out a range of roofing and bricklaying repairs and maintenance across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Roofing repairs and maintenance (tiles, slates, flat roofs, etc.) Bricklaying, pointing, and general masonry repairs Diagnosing faults and identifying appropriate repair solutions Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team Requirements Proven experience in roofing and/or bricklaying Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work safely at heights Good understanding of health and safety regulations Full UK driving licence (essential) If youre a reliable and experienced tradesperson looking for your next opportunity, wed be keen to hear from you.
