You will act as the technical authority for RF engineering, ensuring innovative, reliable, and manufacturable solutions are delivered to demanding industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of advanced RF circuits, subsystems, and system architecturesDefine RF system architectures, including cascade analysis and link budgets for radar, telemetry, and communication systemsOversee simulation and validation using industry-standard tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST, and MATLABEnsure RF designs meet requirements for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and environmental constraintsAct as technical authority for RF engineering across multiple projectsSupport and lead design reviews including PDR, CDR, and TRRCollaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality engineeringSupport new product introduction (NPI) and transition from design to productionLead and line-manage a team of RF engineers and technicians, including mentoring and performance managementContribute to bids and proposals through technical input, estimation, and risk assessmentEngage with customers and external partners to understand requirements and maintain strong technical relationshipsDrive continuous improvement in RF design methodologies, tools, and engineering practicesAbout YouYou are a technically strong RF engineer with proven leadership experience, capable of delivering complex engineering programmes in high-reliability environments.
