Reward Consultant – Central London – 12 month FTC - £100,000 – Hybrid A highly successful, growing global financial services based in the City of London are looking for a seasoned Reward Consultant to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract to lead a comprehensive review of their reward, compensation and benefits framework and shape to shape a competitive, fit-for-purpose reward strategy. As Reward Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and enhancing the total reward offering to support strategic growth and talent priorities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance and Executive Leadership to deliver insights and deliverables that strengthen their reward proposition globally.
Key Responsibilities Conduct a full review of the current reward, compensation and benefits practices. Analyse market data, benchmark pay and benefits against competitors and industry standards. Identify opportunities and gaps in the existing reward framework. Develop a strategic reward strategy aligned with organisational goals, culture and budget. Advise on pay structures, incentive plans, bonus schemes and benefits design. Create recommendations for compensation philosophy and reward governance.
