Job Description
We are delighted to be working closely with a rapidly growing, acquisitive technology business. This is an exciting business that has really strong investment from reputable investors. As a result, the business is passionate to build up their Rev Ops function with high potential individuals that will play a critical role in supporting the rapid growth trajectory towards an exit.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimise sales processes and governance, ensuring clear rules, stage definitions, approval flows, and alignment with sales and finance leadership.
Champion CRM (Salesforce) adoption, training users, enforcing data quality, and driving continuous improvement.
Manage pipeline accuracy and forecasting integrity through regular audits, monitoring deal progression, and identifying issues early.
Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics, creating dashboards and insights that support informed commercial decision-making.
Oversee the Deal Desk and contract management process, ensuring efficient deal flow, compliance with pricing/terms, and removal of bottlenecks.
Maintain and enhance the Salesforce environment while collaborating cross-functionally to automate workflows, streamline operations, and ensure best-in-class commercial processes.
Essential Background
Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager (or similar), with strong knowledge of Salesforce, sales processes, and end-to-end funnel management.
Demonstrated ability to build and implement new processes from scratch, supported by strong project management skills and clear communication.
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or similar), with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive best-in-class operational standards.
