Salary - Competitive We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to maximise total revenue and profitability across two luxury London hotels. This is a high-impact role, accountable for driving rooms revenue performance through the strategic management of pricing, inventory, systems and revenue management processes. Working closely with hotel teams, senior leaders and brand partners, you will play a critical role in delivering sustainable revenue growth, optimising market share and driving incremental EBITDA. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting and business planning through strong data analysis and market intelligence • Develop, monitor and adapt pricing and sales strategies using sound commercial judgement to achieve RGI targets • Maximise rooms revenue through effective management of pricing, inventory, systems and controls • Ensure professional and efficient use of all revenue systems in line with Axiom's revenue management principles • Identify opportunities and mitigate risks through proactive information gathering and analysis • Engage hotel teams and senior leadership in all revenue decisions, maintaining regular and effective communication • Drive incremental EBITDA, RevPAR, Total Revenue and Fair Market Share performance • Ensure revenue management processes and communications are applied consistently and to a high standard • Build strong relationships with Brand Partner revenue teams and maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand strategies • Follow all company procedures relating to targeting, measuring and reporting • Act as an ambassador for Axiom Hospitality, promoting quality customer care internally and externally Skills and Experience: • Proven track record in Revenue Management with demonstrable success in growing market share and delivering budgets • Strong understanding of the hospitality and travel industry • Ability to work independently, taking full ownership of revenue performance • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong IT capability, particularly Excel • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and targets • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills Desirable: Experience with revenue management systems The Ideal Candidate: You will be an engaging, motivated and results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset.
