As we continue to grow, we are seeking a *Retrofit Assessor and Sales Canvasser *based in *North Wales* to join our team.
*Summary*
Elite Energy is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our exiting Retrofit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments of residential properties, identifying areas for energy efficiency improvements, and providing recommendations for retrofit measures under the ECO4 and GBIS schemes.
*Responsibilities*
* Conducting retrofit assessments of properties. * Door to door sales canvassing as and when required. * Completing property floor plans using site photographs and open-source data. * Assisting with pre and post energy reports. * Creating and collating documents used in the retrofit coordination process. * General retrofit-adjacent administrative tasks and data handling. * Compiling a "job pack" with necessary information and photos related to the property, including each room, door undercuts, windows, existing heating, floor plans detailing existing and proposed ventilation, and product specifications for measures being installed. * Working to compile evidence for measure validations.
*Requirements*
* Must have own vehicle. * Retrofit Assessor qualification (Level 3) * Ideally, experience in ECO / surveying / DEA. * Experience within the field (preferred for Level 3 Retrofit Assessor course). * Understanding of PAS2035:2023 regulations. * A keen attention to detail and analytically minded.
Annual salary for this role up to £35,000, dependent on experience, paid PAYE monthly, with 30 days holiday (including bank), long-service holiday incentives and our pension scheme. Mileage to be paid.
This role will be field based, full time 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with 30 minute lunch.
