Together, we grow, belong and impact.\n\nJob Role\n\nPost opening and sorting.\n\nAble to analyse and action output from the CS Data Automation app.\n\nAble to analyse data returned by clients and take corrective action (where required).\n\nAccurate data entry.\n\nPreparation of standard documents in line with the firm's quality standards.\n\nAble to draft client MI reports for review by CS Managers.\n\nAct as liaison with internal and external third parties answering queries via email.\n\nTakes ownership of specific client workstreams – completing tasks and highlighting issues.\n\nDevelops good understanding of client audit requirements.\n\nDevelops ability to recognise risk to both the firm and clients, flagging concerns to management.\n\nSending post –cheques and putting them in envelopes.\n\nSending documents to third parties in line with the firm's security protocols.\n\nScanning and storing documents.\n\nAble to understand and retain the firm's compliance procedures.\n\nDevelops an understanding of formal insolvency processes.\n\nDelivery of client reports (where required).\n\nClients\n\nLarge retail banks; Local Authorities; Debt Purchasers; Alternative Lenders\n\nPerson Specification\n\nProficient in dealing with a high volume of administrative work, demonstrating an ability to prioritise and deliver against tight timescales.\n\nAbility to produce high quality and accurate work, focussing on attention to detail.\n\nExcellent IT skills with an excellent working knowledge of MS Office.\n\nTeam worker and self starter.\n\nFriendly and outgoing personality with confident approach.\n\nA positive “can do” attitude.\n\nGood numeracy, people and written/oral communication skills.\n\nMust be a fast learner, enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills.\n\nRelevant work experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.\n\nDiversity, Equity & Inclusion\n\nAt Forvis Mazars diversity, equity and inclusion are central to our values.
