Job Title: Restructuring Associate Director We are working exclusively with an impressive international practice based in London that has a need to hire a restructuring professional (financial restructuring / advisory and corporate insolvency) at the associate director level. The team works on a host of bigger ticket and high‑profile mid‑market engagements across various sectors. Having recently hired a few partners from top advisory firms, they need at least one associate director to join the team. Longer term, this also means there is a clear route to Director level and above for new hires. The culture of the firm is also excellent, having long been ingrained in team from leadership down. Responsibilities

Work on IBRs, restructuring plans, cash flow forecasting, accelerated M&A and pre‑packs / administrations.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant. Experience on restructuring / advisory projects and handling corporate insolvency work.
