- Winner of Numerous Industry Awards including the much coveted 2019 AA Scotland Restaurant of the Year , as Restaurant Supervisor youll help ensure the venue maintains the Outstanding Reputation its established as one of the most Unique & Inspiring Dining Experiences in Scotland !

- With a menu that Showcases Incredibly Creative & Innovative Scottish Cuisine , as Restaurant Supervisor youll take a hands-on approach to ensuring that the Front of House team are delivering the relaxed, yet highly attentive and efficient service this Restaurant is known for.
