With capacity for up to 150 covers, the restaurant sees a high volume of walk-in trade, particularly during peak seasons, creating a lively and dynamic service environment. The business is supported by a long-standing and committed team, with strong leadership already in place and a genuine family-oriented culture. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, adapting quickly to the demands of a busy service and maintaining high standards throughout.
